Built for Canada
Somebody has to call Rogers.
It doesn't have to be
you.
Allo gets on the phone with Canadian telecoms, airlines, utilities and insurers. It navigates the menu, waits out the hold, reaches the desk that can actually decide, and follows up until the thing is done.
- Calling Bell and Rogers today, more each month
- Your data stays in Canada
- Nothing agreed without your yes
- Your savings are yours, in full
How it works
Three steps, and only one of them is yours.
-
Tell Allo what's wrong
One sentence, the way you'd say it to a friend. No forms, no account numbers up front, no picking a category from a dropdown.
-
Allo makes the call
Phone menus, hold queues, the retention desk, the written follow-up two weeks later. It doesn't get tired, and it doesn't get talked out of it.
-
You approve the outcome
Allo negotiates inside the limits you set and brings you the offer. Nothing is cancelled, changed or agreed to until you say yes.
- 0%
- Of your savings. Not now, not ever.
- Allo is a flat monthly subscription, not a commission. Money it takes off your bill, wins back as a refund, or saves you by ending a contract you were stuck in — all of it stays with you.
- 1
- Credit per task, start to finish
- Your plan comes with task credits, and a task costs one: every call, every hold, every transfer, and the written follow-up two weeks later. Nothing is billed by the minute or by the call.
- You
- Decide every offer
- Allo works inside a floor and a target you set, and texts you the moment anything falls outside them.
Privacy
Your data doesn't leave Canada.
Handing an AI your account number is a big ask. We designed for that from the start, and we'd rather over-explain it than have you guess.
Read the full policy- Hosted on Canadian infrastructure
- Your account details, call records and documents stay on servers in Canada. They are not moved south to save a few cents.
- Shared only for the call at hand
- Allo gives a representative the minimum needed to verify you, one field at a time, at the moment it is asked for. Nothing is sold, and nothing trains a public model.
- Encrypted, and deletable in one tap
- Account numbers, PINs and dates of birth are encrypted at rest and decrypted only during a call. Delete a task, an account, or everything, and it's gone.
- Recorded, and everyone is told
- Allo says it is a virtual assistant at the start of every call, asks the representative for consent to record, and never claims to be you or to be human.
Questions, answered.
Does Allo actually call, or just send emails?
It calls. Real voice calls to real support lines, including the phone menu, the hold, and the transfer to the department that can actually decide. Written follow-ups are used where they work better.
Does it pretend to be me?
Never. Allo opens every call by saying it is a virtual assistant calling on behalf of the account holder, who authorized it. That line is fixed in our code, not written by the AI, and it is recorded on every call.
What happens when they need to verify my identity?
You give Allo the answers up front, encrypted, and it releases one field at a time only when a representative asks for it. If they insist on speaking to you, Allo calls your phone and bridges you in for thirty seconds.
Can it cancel or change something without asking me?
No. You set a target and a floor before the call. Allo cannot accept an offer outside them — that limit is enforced in our code, not by asking the AI nicely. Anything outside your limits is texted to you for a yes or no while the representative waits.
What does it cost?
A flat monthly subscription, and nothing on top of it. Every plan comes with task credits — one task is one credit, however many calls, holds and follow-ups it takes to close. Whatever Allo saves you is yours: no percentage, no commission, no cut of a refund. The plans and their prices are on the pricing page.
Why don't you take a share of what you save me?
Because a cut of your savings pays an agent to take the first offer on the table and call it a win. A subscription pays it to push, since the only thing that keeps you renewing is Allo being worth having. So the percentage is zero — on a negotiated bill, on a refund, on a claim, on anything.
Which companies does it work with?
We're starting with Bell and Videotron and adding providers as each one's playbook is proven on real calls. Telecom and internet first, then utilities, airlines and insurers.
Est-ce qu'Allo parle français ?
Yes. Allo negotiates in French or English, and switches mid-call to match whoever picks up — including the Montreal "Bonjour, hi". The whole site and every text message are bilingual too.
Give Allo the worst thing on your list.
The bill you've been meaning to fight. The subscription you can't find the cancel button for. The claim nobody has called you back about.
Cancel any time. No cut of your savings.
