Questions people actually ask
- What is a task credit?
- One task — a bill negotiated, a subscription cancelled, a refund chased, an appointment booked — costs one credit, from the first call to the written follow-up two weeks later. Your credits refresh each billing period.
- Do you take a share of what you save me?
- No. Not a percentage of a negotiated bill, not a commission on a refund, not a cut of a claim. The subscription is the entire price.
- What if a call gets nowhere?
- Providers say no. Allo makes up to three attempts on a task, then stops and tells you what happened, with the transcript. It never quietly keeps dialling.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, from your settings, at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Do you need my banking details?
- No. A card on file with our payment processor, used for the subscription and nothing else. Allo never speaks card details on a call and we never store the number ourselves.
